Dual OS Tablets Still On, Leaked Pictures Show Ramos i10 Pro Ahead Of Launch

hearing for a while now that Google, and probably even Microsoft, have been singing the opposite tune when it comes to such dual boot Windows 8.1 and Android devices. Word is that production on the ASUS Transformer Book Duet was halted for this reason. Nevertheless, Ramos is gearing up to launch its dual boot machine at a March 20 event in Beijing, during the Jing Park Art Center conference. In fact, these leakedĀ images provide us a peek at what’s coming our way: [gallery ids="65283,65284,65285,65286,65287,65288"] Ramos also showcased the tablet at CeBIT 2014 in Germany a few days back, and as you can see from the photos above, the Ramos i10 Pro is indeed a device capable of switching between Windows 8.1 and Android 4.2 Jelly Bean at will. The 10.1-inch display runs at the perfectly capable resolution of 1920 by 1200 (the ASUS Transformer Book Duet supposedly flies at this resolution too), and is running the Intel Bay Trail Z3770D processors. Installed RAM capacity comes in at 2GB, which is backed by 32GB internal storage. A 5 megapixel rear camera, dual stereo speakers, a dedicated Windows key complete the rest of the specifications, along with an UltraStick card slot that takes a 3G SIM to allow cellular connectivity. Pricing and availability dates (and markets) should be with us in the coming days.]]>
