Two men with two different visions. They do need to hold off on the major and minor changes for a period of time. With layoffs, changes, etc employees feel like why bother then. They think who knows when this will change or when we will get layer off. Microsoft has been doing good things and picking up steam. Time to reward and uplift it’s employees.
