handed pink slips to another 3,000 workers. The acquisition of Nokia’s devices and services unit resulted in the reorganization process taking more than a year, and the changes are still going on. And events like these are more than enough to make people feel unsettled. One Microsoft employee recently shared his thoughts on the internal watercooler chat within the company, and explained that in most cases, these wholesale changes art not a healthy sign — not in a company that has more than 100,000 employees on its payroll. • Two men with two different visions. They do need to hold off on the major and minor changes for a period of time. With layoffs, changes, etc employees feel like why bother then. They think who knows when this will change or when we will get layer off. Microsoft has been doing good things and picking up steam. Time to reward and uplift it’s employees.
