According to Neowin, the start menu button appears only when users move the mouse (or their finger) to the left lower corner of the screen.     ON this page there are links see whats new in bottom stating windows 8 consumer preview and windows 8 store but these links are down and are reserved for future….Hoping some leaks earlier…..
