Microsoft have rolled out a new Surface Pro 3 discount, this time offering buyers $150 off their purchase if they opt for the midrange Intel Core i5 model.
You can now get the Surface Pro 3 with the abovementioned processor and 256GB of storage space for a much more manageable price of $1,149 — for a limited time, of course. Previously this configuration ran up to $1,299.
Worth mentioning that this offer is only available through Microsoft’s online store, and is good only for buyers in the United States, but for those that tick these boxes, this is the best time to buy the tablet, if they have been holding out.
Microsoft’s flagship tablet, the Surface Pro 3, comes with a 12-inch display, up to 8GB of RAM, depending on the configuration you chose, and a choice of three processors.
Namely, the Intel Core i3, Core i5 and Core i7.
A successor to this premium slate is on track for launch later this year.
And while Redmond is yet to detail the new tablet, word has it that it might be called the Surface Pro 4, and launch around the same time Windows 10 hits the market.
In the meantime, we can expect a number of such stock clearing discounts.
