Sick of waiting for Microsoft Office? The wait might finally be over. A new rumor suggests that the previous “March 31st” claim for launch isn’t correct– it’s actually much sooner.

According to ZDNet, their sources state that the date for the launch will actually be January 29th, which is only a few weeks away. The sources also claim that Redmond is hosting training sessions for its partners the week of the 21st in order to prepare them for new versions of Office 365 and Office 2013.

If all of this is to be believed, users in the United States will be the first to get the update, with it following to the rest of the world over the next several months and a complete roll-out globally no later than November of this year. Additionally, Offfice 2010 will stop being made available through Office 360 on April 8th of 2014.

January is shaping up to be a big month for Microsoft if this is ture, considering it is now believed that the Microsoft Surface Pro is launching right around the same timeframe.

So what do you think, are you ready to jump to Office 2013 or you perfectly fine with your current version?
