Rubrik, a cloud data management solution provider has announced the release of Rubrik Accelerator for Azure, designed to provide a path to the hybrid cloud.
It offers enterprises a single solution to manage and protect their data from on-premise setups to Microsoft Azure.
This is an addition to the company’s platform for Microsoft users that offers automated data protection for Microsoft Hyper-V, instant database recoveries with SQL Live Mount, as well as support for physical Windows.

Rubrik also established Live Mount for SQL to bring reduced RTOs in addition to implementing cloud instantiation on Azure for serverless testing and development, as well as disaster recovery.
The vendor also enables users to leverage the power of Microsoft with integration across Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft SQL Server, Hyper-V, Windows, Azure Data Box, and Azure Stack. It also provides support for Azure Government Cloud for users in the federal space.
