The road to Windows 8 Part 3 – The Metro Interface

I talked about the BUILD conference. In the second part, I talk about what I believe to be the overall vision for Microsoft’s Windows 8. Now, let’s talk Metro style. For those who don’t know, the Metro interface is the new user interface that will primarily be used on Windows 8 slates and tablets. The first thing that you notice when you play with the Metro UI is how beautiful it is. You can take a look at this video if you arent one of the 7 million people who have watched it before… It’s really slick and feels very nimble and fluid. I was going to write it all but it was easier to make a short video this afternoon.
