According to the famous leaker of information and software, Windows 8.1 Update 1 is on track to be made available for MSDN subscribes in late March. The official ISO could leak out soon after that. BUILD 2014 actually starts on April 2, and Microsoft would want to get this new version of Windows out the door by a full day before that, in order for attendees to have a chance of trying out the new operating system and communicating directly with the software titan on any improvements. As far as leaks are concerned, a couple of early builds of Windows 8.1 Update 1 are already available in the ISO or MSU formats.
