Companies like Lenovo, Dell and ASUS have unveiled hardware that sells for around $300. With a strategy like this, Microsoft surely can make its modern operating system available to more and more users, and cover almost all price points. What about you guys? This really is what they should have been shooting for for years. I know it’s not possible to reduce system requirements and add features, but optimizing Windows should have been their goal a long time ago.
