It has double the RAM of my HP Slate and a faster processor (Intel® Atom™ Processor Z540 (1.86 GHz, 512 KB L2 cache, 533 MHz FSB) Same size SSD drives. Slightly larger screen. Even with the extra RAM and processor advantage I can’t imagine this thing being very good as a tablet with Windows 7. Maybe Win 8.
I’m surprised at your comment if you own an HP Slate.
Sounds fine to me (other than the size is too big for my taste). I LOVE my HP Slate and the Windows 7 Pro/Opera Mobile/Streets&Trips/Office2010 combination in a size just shy of 9″ (slightly larger than a kindle) is truly amazing! The slate lacks an ethernet port on its dock (I have a USB to Gig-e adapter instead) which is a plus on this samsung tablet.

Does the demo model happen to include the tech specs also? I’d love to know the actual size, not just screen size. Thakns.
