Call Center

Well, hello there! A new Azure service by the name of Genesys Engage has been confirmed for the platform. It is a collaboration between both companies, Microsoft and Genesys.

This new service is on track to arrive in late 2020, and is designed to offer contact centers a cooperative customer experience solution.

According to the details provided, this omnichannel customer experience solution will give enterprises a much more streamlined path to the cloud. They will be able to maximize their investments via an agile architecture that allows for the utilization of simplified management and customer-centric experiences.

The software titan has a lot more to say on this partnership on its Transform blog, with the two companies working to make adoption of Genesys Engage a more simplified process through collaborative co-selling and marketing strategies.

Kate Johnson, President of Microsoft US had this to say on this partnership expansion with Genesys:

“Large contact centers receive an exceptionally high volume of inquiries across a growing list of channels and platforms. One of the biggest challenges is connecting the details of every interaction across all channels to ensure each customer has a seamless experience. By leveraging Microsoft’s Azure cloud and AI technologies, Genesys is helping enterprises create a seamless customer journey with Microsoft’s trusted, secure and scalable platform.”

More so, the Redmond based technology titan is not stopping here.

Plans are already being explored with regards to further integration of its services with Genesys as well, including popular solutions like Teams, Dynamics 365, and the Azure Cognitive Service. More information on these is promised to be released further down the road.

In the meantime, you can register for the Genesys Engage + Microsoft Azure: Transform your customer experience in the cloud webinar if you want.

It is set to be held on March 4.
